AMC7820是一个完整的模拟监控电路,包括一个8通道,12位模数转换器(ADC),三个12位数模转换器(DAC),9个运算放大器,一个热敏电阻电流源,一个内部+ 2.5V基准电压源和一个SPI?串行接口。可以应用外部参考。典型功耗为40mW。对于ADC,无缓冲模拟输入范围为0V至+ 5.0V,缓冲模拟共模输入范围为0V至+ 3.8V。对于DAC,模拟输出范围为0V至+ 2.5V或0V至+ 5.0V。
