SN65LBC173和SN75LBC173是具有三态输出的单片四路差分线路接收器。两者均旨在满足ANSI标准EIA /TIA-422-B,EIA /TIA-423-B,RS-485和ITU建议V.10和V.11的要求。这些器件针对平衡多点总线传输进行了优化,数据速率高达每秒超过1000万比特。四个接收器共享两个ORed使能输入,一个在高电平时有效,另一个在低电平时有效。
每个接收器都具有高输入阻抗,输入滞后以提高抗噪性,输入灵敏度为±200 mV,共模输入电压范围为12 V至-7 V.故障安全设计可确保如果输入是开路的,输出总是很高。这两款器件均采用德州仪器(TI)专有的LinBiCMOS TM 技术设计,可提供低功耗,高开关速度和稳健性。
