LM5111双栅极驱动器取代了行业标准栅极驱动器,提高了峰值输出电流和效率。每个化合物输出驱动器级包括并联工作的MOS和双极晶体管,它们共同从容性负载吸收超过5 A的峰值。结合MOS和双极器件的独特特性,可以降低驱动电流随电压和温度的变化。还提供欠压锁定保护。驱动器可以与输入和输出并联运行,连接到驱动器电流能力的两倍。该器件采用SOIC封装或热增强型MSOP-PowerPAD封装。
