TPS62097器件是一款同步降压转换器,针对高效率和噪声关键应用进行了优化。这些器件专注于在宽输出电流范围内实现高效率转换。在中到负载时,转换器以PWM模式工作,并在轻负载时自动进入省电模式。开关频率可通过外部电阻在1.5 MHz至2.5 MHz范围内选择。 iDCS-Control能够在强制PWM模式下工作,以低固定开关频率运行。
为了满足系统电源轨的要求,内部补偿电路允许大量选择外部输出电容值超过150μF。为了控制启动期间的浪涌电流,器件通过连接到SS /TR引脚的外部电容提供可编程软启动。 SS /TR引脚也用于电压跟踪配置。该器件集成了短路保护,电源良好和热关断功能。该器件采用2 mm×2 mm VQFN封装。
