TPS51124是一款双通道自适应导通时间D-CAP™模式同步降压控制器。该器件使系统设计人员能够经济高效地完成笔记本电源总线稳压器套件,具有绝对最低的外部元件数和最低的待机功耗。固定频率仿真自适应导通时间控制支持在重负载条件下PWM模式与轻负载时降低频率操作之间的无缝操作,以实现低至毫安范围的高效率。 TPS51124的主控制回路采用D-CAP模式,针对低ESR输出电容进行了优化,如POSCAP或SP-CAP,可实现快速瞬态响应,无需外部补偿。每个通道的简单且独立的电源良好信号可实现电源排序的灵活性。该器件提供方便快捷的工作,电源输入电压(V5IN,V5FILT)范围为4.5 V至5.5 V,转换电压(同步高端MOSFET的漏极电压)为3 V至28 V,输出电压为0.76 V
TPS51124采用24引脚VQFN封装,工作在40°C至85°C环境温度范围。
