描述
TMUX6111,TMUX6112和TMUX6113器件是现代化的互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)器件,具有四个独立的可选单刀单掷(SPST)开关。该器件在双电源(±5V至±16.5V),单电源(10V至16.5V)或非对称电源供电时均能正常运行。所有数字输入均具有兼容晶体管到晶体管逻辑(TTL)的阈值,这些阈值可确保TTL /CMOS逻辑兼容性。
逻辑0会打开TMUX6111中数字控制输入上的开关。要打开TMUX6112中的开关,则需要逻辑1.TMUX6113有两个开关的数字控制逻辑与TMUX6111类似,而另外两个开关上的逻辑则与之相反.TMUX6113具有先断后合开关,因此可用于交叉点开关应用。
