LM5107是一款低成本高压栅极驱动器,设计用于同步降压或高压驱动高端和低端N沟道MOSFET半桥配置。浮动高侧驱动器能够处理高达100V的轨电压。输出由TTL兼容输入阈值独立控制。提供集成的片上高压二极管以对高侧栅极驱动自举电容器充电。强大的电平转换器技术可在高速运行,同时消耗低功耗,并提供从控制输入逻辑到高端栅极驱动器的清晰电平转换。低压侧和高压侧电源轨均提供欠压锁定。该器件采用SOIC和热增强型WSON封装。
