UCC25600高性能谐振模式控制器专为使用谐振拓扑的DC-DC应用而设计,尤其是LLC半桥谐振转换器。这款高度集成的控制器仅采用8引脚封装,实现了频率调制控制和完整的系统功能。切换到UCC25600将极大地简化系统设计和布局,并缩短产品上市时间,所有这些都低于竞争对手的16引脚器件产品。
内部振荡器支持40 kHz的开关频率至350 kHz。这种高精度振荡器实现了最小开关频率限制,容差为4%,使设计人员能够避免功率级的过度设计,从而进一步降低整体系统成本。可编程死区时间可实现零电压切换,磁化电流最小。这可以最大化各种应用程序的系统效率。可编程软启动定时器可最大限度地提高使用半桥拓扑结构的终端设备的各种要求所需的设计灵活性。通过采用0.4A源和0.8A吸收驱动能力,低成本,可靠的栅极驱动器变压器是一个真正的选择。
