描述

AM572x Sitara ARM应用处理器旨在满足现代嵌入式产品对于处理性能的强烈需求。

AM572x器件通过其极具有活性的全集成混合处理器解决方案，可实现较高的处理性能。此外，这些器件不但具有可编程视频处理功能，还融合了高度集成的外设集。每个AM572x器件都具有加密加速功能。

双核ARM Cortex-A15 RISC CPU配有Neon™扩展和两个TI C66x VLIW浮点DSP内核，可提供编程功能。借助ARM，开发人员能够控制函数与在DSP和协处理器上编程的其他算法分离开来，从而降低系统软件的复杂性。

此外，TI提供有一套针对ARM和C66x DSP的完整开发工具集，其中包括C语言编译器，用于简化编程和调度过程的DSP汇编优化器以及一个用于查看源代码执行的调试接口。
