INA128和INA129均为具备出色精度的低功耗通用仪表放大器。该器件采用多功能三级运算放大器设计,尺寸小巧,适用于各种应用。即使在高增益(200 kHz,G = 100)情况下,电流反馈输入电路也可提供宽带宽。
可通过单个外部电阻器在1到10,000范围内设置任意增益.INA128提供行业标准增益方程; INA129增益方程与AD620兼容。
INA12x经过激光修整,具有极低失调电压(50μV),漂移(0.5μV/°C)和高共模抑制(G≥100时为120dB).INA12x采用低至±2.25 V的电源电压,静态电流仅700μA,适用于电池供电系统。内部输入保护可经受高达±40V的电压且无损坏。
< p> INA12x采用8引脚塑料DIP和SO-8表面贴装式封装,专门适用于-40°C至+ 85°C温度范围.INA128也适用于双路配置INA2128。
