LF147是一款低成本,高速四路JFET输入运算放大器,具有内部调整的输入失调电压(BI-FET II技术)。该器件需要较低的电源电流,同时保持较大的增益带宽积和较快的压摆率。此外,匹配良好的高压JFET输入器件可提供极低的输入偏置和偏移电流。 LF147与标准LM148引脚兼容。此功能允许设计人员立即升级现有LF148和LM124设计的整体性能。
LF147可用于高速积分器,快速D /A转换器,采样保持电路等应用中。许多其他电路需要低输入失调电压,低输入偏置电流,高输入阻抗,高压摆率和宽带宽。该器件具有低噪声和失调电压漂移。
