OPA659将超宽带,单位增益稳定的电压反馈运算放大器与JFET输入级相结合,提供超高动态范围放大器用于数据采集应用中的高阻抗缓冲,例如示波器前端放大器和机器视觉应用,例如晶圆检测中使用的光电二极管跨阻放大器。

JFET输入提供的高输入阻抗和低偏置电流由低8.9-nV /& radic支持: Hz 输入电压噪声,以在宽带光电二极管跨阻抗应用中实现非常低的集成噪声。

如果需要较低的静态电流,请考虑OPA656。在不需要单位增益稳定性的情况下,请考虑OPA657。
