TPS62746是一款高效降压转换器,具有典型值为360nA的超低静态电流。该器件经优化可搭配2.2μH电感和10μF输出电容正常工作。该器件采用DCS-Control™技术,开关频率典型值为1.2MHz。在节能模式下,该器件可将轻负载效率向下扩展至10μA负载电流及以下.TPS62746提供300mA的输出电流。启动后,该器件可在低至2.0V的输入电压下工作。因此,可直接由单节Li-MnO 2 纽扣电池为器件供电。
