TPS51362是一款高压输入,同步转换器,此转换器带有集成的FET,它基于DCAP-2控制拓扑结构,从而实现快速瞬态响应并支持POSCAP和所有MLCC输出电容器。与TI领先的封装技术组合在一起,TI专有的FET技术为诸如VCCIO和VDDQ等用于DDR笔记本内存的单输出电源轨或者广泛应用中的任何负载点(POL)提供最高密度的解决方案。
TPS51362的主要特性是其ULQ™-100模式以实现低偏置电流(低功率模式下为100μA,由LP#启用)。这个特性对于延长系统待机模式中的电池使用寿命非常有帮助。
此特性集包括800kHz的开关频率。可由一个外部电容器设定的软启动时间。自动跳跃,预偏置启动,集成引导加载开关,电源良好,使能和一整套的故障保护机制,其中包括OCL,UVP,OVP 5V UVLO和热关断。
它采用3.5mm x 4.5mm,焊球间距离0.4mm,28引脚QFN(RVE)封装,额定运行温度范围为-10°C至85°C。
