TPS54427是一款自适应接通时间D-CAP2™模式同步降压转换器.TPS54427可帮助系统设计人员通过成本有效性，低TPS54427的主控制环路采用D-CAP2™模式控制，无需外部补偿组件便可实现极快的瞬态响应。
TPS54427的专有电路还使该器件可采用诸如高分子有机半导体固体电容器（POSCAP）或高分子聚合物电容器（SP-CAP）等低等效串联电阻（ESR）输出电容器，以及超低ESR陶瓷电容器。
该器件的工作输入电压介于4.5V至18V之间。可在
0.76V至7V之间设定输出电压。
此器件还特有一个可调软启动时间。
TPS54427采用8引脚DDA封装和10引脚DRC封装，被设计成在-40°C到85°C的温度范围内运行。
