TPS57160-Q1器件是一款60V 1.5A降压型稳压器,此稳压器具有一个集成型高侧MOSFET。电流模式控制提供简单的外部补偿和灵活的组件选择。低纹波脉冲跳跃模式将无负载输出电源电流减小至116μA。通过使用使能引脚,关断电源电流被减少至1.5μA。
< p>欠压闭锁在内部设定为2.5V,但可采用使能引脚将它提高。输出电压启动斜坡受控于缓慢启动引脚,该引脚还可被配置用来控制电源排序或者跟踪。一个开漏电源良好信号表示输出处于其标称电压值的92%至109%之内。宽开关频率范围实现了对效率及外部组件尺寸的优化。频率折返和热关断功能可在过载情况下对部件提供保护。
TPS57160-Q1采用10引脚耐热增强型微型小外形尺寸(MSOP)PowerPAD(DGQ)或者10引脚小外形尺寸无引线(SON)(DRC)封装。
