TLVx376系列是采用e-trim的新一代低噪声运算放大器的典型代表,™可提供出色的直流精度和交流性能。该系列器件具有轨到轨输入和输出,低偏移(最大值为125μV),低噪声(8nV /√ Hz ),1.2mA静态电流(最大值),5.5MHz带宽以及2V /μs快速转换率,非常适合各类精密和便携式应用的输出电流传感电阻器和运算放大器而得以实现。此外,这些器件的电源电压范围相当大,电源抑制比( PSRR)优异,因此非常适合不经稳压而直接由电池供电的应用。
TLV376(单通道版本)采用SOT-23-5与SOIC-8封装.TLV2376(双通道)采用VSSOP-8和SOIC-8封装.TLV4376(四通道)采用TSSOP-14封装。所有器件版本的额定工作温度范围均为-40°C至+ 125°C。
