OPA2836-Q1器件是一款双通道超低功耗,轨到轨输出,负电源轨输入,电压反馈运算放大器,经过设计可由2.5V至5.5V范围内的单电源或者±1.25V至±2.75V范围内的双电源供电运行。该放大器每通道仅消耗1mA的电流,单位增益带宽为205MHz,功耗性能比处于业内领先水平。
OPA2836-Q1器件兼兼低功耗特性和出色的高频性能,并且可实现其他同类器件所无法达到的性能/功耗比,因此非常适合注重功耗方面的电池供电类便携式应用。
OPA2836-Q1在-40°C至+ 125°C的扩展级工业温度范围内额定运行。
