OPA1652(双通道)和OPA1654(四通道)FET输入运算放大器在1kHz时可实现4.5nV /√ Hz 的低噪声密度和0.00005%的超低失真.OPA1652和OPA1654运算放大器在2kΩ负载条件下提供摆幅在800mV以内的轨到轨输出,这有助于提高余量并且这些器件还具有±30mA高输出驱动能力。
这些器件可在±2.25V至±18V,或者4.5V至36V的极宽电源电压范围内运行,每通道电源电流仅为2mA.OPA1652与OPA1654系列运算放大器单位增益稳定并且可在较宽的负载范围内提供出色的动态性能。
它们还采用完全独立的电路系统,可将串扰降到最低,即便在过驱动或过载时也不受通道间相互作用而带来的干扰。
OPA1652与OPA1654额定温度范围为-40°C至+ 85° C。
