LMH664X系列是真正的单电源电压反馈放大器,可提供高速(130MHz)低失真(-62dBc)特性和超高输出电流(约75mA) ),与性能类似的现有器件相比,该产品的成本和功耗更低。
输入共模电压范围扩展至下限V - 以下0.5V,上限V + 以上1V。各电源轨输出电压范围扩展至40mV以内,允许较宽的动态范围,尤其适用于低压应用。输出级能够输出约75mA的电流以驱动较大负载。高速输出转换率(130V /μs)可确保较大的峰峰值输出摆幅即使在更高的速度条件下也能保持不变,从而在3V电源下输出优异的40MHz满功率带宽。器件的上述特性及低成本优势是多种工业和商业应用的理想特性。
