LMH6733是一款三通道宽带运算放大器,专为需要高速和低功耗的应用而设计。输入电压范围和输出电压摆幅经过优化,适用于低至3V和高达±6V的电源。得益于TI的电流反馈架构,LMH6733的增益范围为±1至±10,同时即使在单位增益下也能提供稳定的工作,无需外部补偿。这些放大器提供650 MHz小信号带宽,增益为2 V /V,低2.1 nV /√ Hz 输入参考噪声,仅消耗5.5 mA(每个放大器)来自单5V电源。
LMH6733采用16引脚SSOP封装,具有流通引脚排列,易于布局,并且与LMH6738引脚兼容。每个放大器都有一个独立的关断引脚。
