OPA355系列高速电压反馈CMOS运算放大器专为视频应用和其他需要宽带宽的应用而设计.OPA355系列器件具有单位增益稳定性及可驱动大输出电流。此外,OPAx355系列还具备数字关断(启用)功能。并且输出置于高阻抗状态,以支持输出复用。差分增益为0.02% ,而差分相位为0.05°。每通道的静态电流为8.3mA。
OPAx355针对低至2.5V(±1.25V)和高达5.5V(±2.75V)的单电源或双电源供电运行进行了优化.OPAx355系列器件的共模输入范围的下限可以展开到低于接地电压100mV,上限可以展开到高于V + 1.5V。电源轨的输出摆幅在100mV以内,从而支持宽动态范围。
OPAx355系列提供单通道(SOT-23-6和SO-8),双通道(VSSOP-10)和三通道(TSSOP-14和SO-14)三种版本。多通道版本具有完全独立的电路,可将串扰到最低并彻底消除相互干扰。所有封装的额定工作温度范围均为-40°C至+ 125℃。
