uA747是一款双通用运算放大器,具有偏移电压零点功能。每一半与uA741在电学上类似。
高共模输入电压范围和无闩锁使该放大器非常适合电压跟随器应用。该器件具有短路保护功能,内部频率补偿确保稳定性,无需外部元件。可以在偏移零输入之间连接一个低值电位器,以消除偏移电压,如图2所示。
uA747C的特点是工作温度范围为0°C至70°C; uA747M的特点是可在-55°C至125°C的整个军用温度范围内运行。
