SN65MLVD200B,SN65MLVD202B,SN65MLVD204B和SN65MLVD205B器件均为多点低压差分(M-LVDS)线路驱动器和接收器,它们均经过优化,支持的信件传输速率可高达100Mbps。此器件系列将强大的3.3V驱动器和接收器整合在标准小外形尺寸集成电路(SOIC)封装中,适用于要求严格的工业应用。总线引脚可耐受ESD事件,具有针对人体模型和IEC接触放电规范的高级保护。
这些器件的每一个都组装有一个差分驱动器和一个差分接收器(收发器),这两个器件由一个3.3V单电源供电运行。收发器经过优化,支持的信号传输速率可高达
100Mbps。
