这四个器件是高频振荡器增益级,支持3.3V或2.5V系统中高增益输出的LVPECL或LVDS。此外,还提供单端输入(SN65LVx16上的PECL电平)和SN65LVx17上的全差分输入选项。
SN65LVx16为用户提供了增益控制(GC),用于控制 Q 输出从300 mV到860 mV,方法是将其打开(NC),接地或连接到V CC 。 (当打开时, Q 输出默认为575 mV。) Q SN65LVx17默认也为575 mV。
两款器件均提供电压基准电压(V BB ),通常低于V CC 1.35 V,用于接收单端PECL输入信号。不使用时,V BB 应该是未连接或打开的。
所有器件的特点是在-40°C至85°C的温度范围内工作。
