DRV3220-Q1桥式驱动器专用于汽车三相无刷直流电机控制应用。该器件为标准级N沟道MOSFET晶体管提供六个专用驱动器。具有集成FET的升压转换器可提供过驱动电压，即使电压低至4.75 V，也可对功率级进行全面控制。强大的驱动器强度适用于大电流应用，可编程以限制峰值输出电流。
该器件具有强大的FET保护和系统监控功能，如Q＆amp; A看门狗和电压监视器，用于I /O电源和ADC参考电压。可通过SPI接口访问和编程集成的内部诊断功能。
