TPS62136和TPS621361是基于DCS-Control™拓扑的高效且易于使用的同步降压DC-DC转换器。器件宽输入电压范围为3 V至17 V,适用于多节锂离子电池以及12 V中间电源轨。这些器件提供4A连续输出电流。 TPS62136在轻负载时自动进入省电模式,以在整个负载范围内保持高效率。有了这个,该设备非常适合需要连接待机性能的应用,如超低功耗计算机。将MODE引脚设置为tolow后,器件的开关频率将根据输入和输出电压自动调整。该技术称为自动效率增强(AEE™),并在整个操作范围内保持高转换效率。它在PWM模式下提供1%的输出电压精度,因此可以设计具有高输出电压精度的电源。
