TLV27x在扩展的汽车温度范围内将最低工作电源电压降至2.7 V,同时增加了轨到轨输出摆幅功能。这使其成为TLC27x系列的理想替代产品,适用于轨到轨输出摆幅必不可少的应用。 TLV27x还提供3 MHz带宽,仅550μA。
与TLC27x一样,TLV27x完全适用于5 V和±5 V电源。推荐的最大电源电压为16 V,允许器件通过各种可充电电池工作(±8 V电源电压低至±1.35 V)。
CMOS输入可用于高阻抗传感器接口具有较低的电压操作,是电池供电应用中TLC27x的有吸引力的替代方案。
