TLV246x是一系列低功耗轨到轨输入/输出运算放大器,专为便携式应用而设计。输入共模电压范围超出电源轨,可在低压系统中实现最大动态范围。放大器输出具有轨到轨性能和高输出驱动能力,解决了旧式轨到轨输入/输出运算放大器的一个局限性。这种轨到轨动态范围和高输出驱动使TLV246x成为缓冲模数转换器的理想选择。
运算放大器具有6.4 MHz的带宽和1.6 V /μs的压摆率500μA电源电流,提供良好的交流性能和低功耗。器件提供可选的关断端子,可将放大器置于超低电源电流模式(I DD =0.3μA/ch)。在关断期间,运算放大器输出处于高阻态。直流应用的输入噪声电压为11 nV /
