BQ24640 用于超级电容器的高效同步开关模式电池充电控制器

描述

bq24640器件是一款高度集成的开关模式超级电容充电控制器。该器件提供恒定频率同步PWM控制器，具有高精度充电电流，电压调节和充电状态监控。

bq24640分两个阶段为超级电容充电：恒定电流和恒定电压（CC /CV））。该器件可通过ISET引脚上的电流为0 V的超级电容充电。当超级电容器电压达到编程目标电压时，充电电流开始逐渐减小。

当输入电压低于输出电压时，bq24640进入低电流睡眠模式（<15μA）电容器电压。

bq24640有一个输入CE引脚，用于启用和禁用充电，STAT和 PG 输出引脚报告电荷和适配器状态。 bq24640上的TS引脚监控电容器的温度，并在冷热条件下暂停充电。
