TPS548B22器件是一款具有自适应导通时间D-CAP3模式控制的紧凑型单相降压转换器。该器件针对空间受限类电源系统而设计，可实现高精度，高效率和快速瞬态响应，易于使用，且使用的外部组件较少。
该器件采用全差动传感和TI的集成FET ，高器导通电阻为4.1mΩ，低侧导通电阻为1.9mΩ。此外，该器件还具备0.5％的精度和0.9V基准电压，环境温度范围介于-40°C和+ 125°C之间。具有竞争力的特性包括：超低的外部组件数，精准的负载和线路调节，输出电压设定值精度，自动跳过或FCCM工作模式以及内部软启动控制。
TPS548B22器件采用7mm×5mm，40引脚，LQFN-CLIP（RVF）封装（RoHs豁免）。
