TPS53626器件是无驱动，符合VR13 SVID标准的同步降压控制器。先进的控制功能，如D-CAP +架构，重叠脉冲支持下冲减少（USR） ）和过冲减少（OSR）提供快速瞬态响应，最低输出电容和高效率。该器件还支持CCM或DCM中的单相操作，以提高轻载效率。该设备集成了一整套VR13 I /O功能，包括VR_READY（PGOOD）， ALERT 和 VR_HOT 。 SVID接口地址允许从00h到07h进行编程。可调节的V OUT 压摆率控制可编程为高达20mV /uS。
与TI NexFET功率级配对， totalsolution提供极高的速度和低开关损耗。 TPS53626还提供四种默认模式，可通过一个外部电阻配置VCCIO和VMCP设置，以节省元件数量和电路板空间。
TPS53626器件封装是一款节省空间的散热增强型32引脚VQFN封装，可通过以下方式工作： -40°C至105°C。
