LM5119Q器件是一款双同步降压控制器,适用于高压或广泛变化的输入电源的降压稳压器应用。控制方法基于使用仿真电流斜坡的电流模式控制。电流模式控制提供固有的线路前馈,逐周期电流限制和易于循环补偿。使用仿真控制斜坡可降低脉冲宽度调制电路的噪声灵敏度,从而可以可靠地控制高输入电压应用中所需的非常小的占空比。开关频率可在50 kHz至750 kHz范围内编程。 LM5119Q器件驱动外部高端和低端NMOS电源开关,具有自适应死区时间控制。用户可选择的二极管仿真模式可实现不连续模式操作,从而在轻负载条件下提高效率。具有自动切换到外部偏置的高压偏置调节器进一步提高了效率。其他功能包括热关断,频率同步,逐周期和打嗝模式电流限制以及可调节的线路欠压锁定。该器件采用功率增强型无引脚32引脚WQFN封装,具有裸露的芯片粘接垫,有助于散热。
