LM20145是一款全功能可调频率同步降压稳压器，能够提供高达5A的连续输出电流。几乎任何类型的输出电容都可以补偿电流模式控制环路的稳定性。对于大多数情况，补偿设备只需要两个外部组件，提供最大的灵活性和易用性。该器件经过优化，可在2.95V至5.5V的输入电压范围内工作，适用于各种低压系统。
该器件具有内部过压保护（OVP）和过流保护（OCP）电路，可提高系统可靠性。精密使能引脚和集成的UVLO可以严格控制和排序器件的开启。启动浪涌电流受内部固定和外部可调软启动电路的限制。集成电源良好电路可实现故障检测和电源排序。
LM20145设计用于多轨电源架构。器件的输出电压可配置为使用SS /TRK引脚跟踪更高的电压轨。如果LM20145的输出在启动时预偏置，它将不会吸收电流以将输出拉低，直到内部软启动斜坡超过反馈引脚的电压。
此器件的频率可以通过将RT引脚与地之间的外部电阻连接，可将其从250 kHz调整为750 kHz。
LM20145采用16引脚HTSSOP封装，带有裸露焊盘，可焊接到PCB上，无需使用笨重的散热器。
