TPS6267x器件是针对小型电池供电应用而优化的高频同步降压DC-DC转换器。 TPS6267x专为低功耗应用而设计,可支持高达650 mA的负载电流,并允许使用低成本芯片电感和电容。
具有2.3V至4.8V的宽输入电压范围,该器件支持由具有扩展电压范围的锂离子电池供电的应用。不同的固定电压输出版本可在1.05V至2.1V之间使用。 TPS6267x以6 MHz的稳定开关频率工作,并在轻负载电流下进入省电模式,以在整个负载电流范围内保持高效率。
PFM模式通过在轻负载操作期间将静态电流降至17μA(典型值)来延长电池寿命。对于噪声敏感应用,该器件具有PWM扩频能力,可提供较低的噪声调节输出,以及输入端的低噪声。这些特性与高PSRR和交流负载调节性能相结合,使该器件适合替代线性稳压器,以获得更好的功率转换效率。
