TPS57060-Q1器件是一款60V 0.5A降压型稳压器,集成了high-sideMOSFET。电流模式控制提供了简单的外部补偿和灵活的组件选择。低纹波脉冲跳跃模式将无负载稳压输出电源电流降至116μA。使能引脚处于低电平状态时,关断电流降至1.3μA。
其欠压锁定电压在内部设定为2.5V,但可用使能引脚将之提高。输出电压启动过程中的斜坡受控于缓启动引脚,该引脚还可用于配置时序和跟踪。开漏电源正常信号表示输出介于其标称电压的92%至109%范围之内。
宽开关频率范围允许对效率及外部组件尺寸进行优化。频率折返和热关断功能在过载情况下保护部件。
TPS57060-Q1器件采用10引脚耐热增强型MSOP-PowerPAD™封装(DGQ)和VSON(DRC)封装。
