数据： TPS53315 12-A Step-Down Regulator with Integrated Switcher 数据表
TPS53315是一款D-CAP™模式，12-A同步切换器，集成了MOSFET。它的设计易于使用，外部元件数量少，封装电源系统小。
该器件具有单轨输入支持，一个19mΩ和一个7mΩ集成MOSFET，精度为1％ ，0.6 V基准电压源和集成升压开关。竞争特性的示例包括：最大效率高于96％，输入电压范围为3 V至15 V，外部元件数量极低，D-CAP™模式控制可实现超快速瞬态，可选择自动跳过和PWM操作，内部软启动控制，频率可调，无需补偿。
转换输入电压范围为3 V至15 V，电源电压范围为4.5 V至25 V，输出电压范围电压为0.6 V至5.5 V。
TPS53315采用5 mm×7 mm 40引脚VQFN封装，额定温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
