TPS6223x器件系列是一款高频,同步,降压型DC-DC转换器,针对电池供电的便携式应用进行了优化。它支持高达500 mA的输出电流,允许使用纤巧和低成本的芯片电感器和电容器。
该器件具有2.05 V至6 V的宽输入电压范围,支持由锂离子电池具有扩展的电压范围。 2.05 V的最小输入电压允许使用锂一次电池或两节碱性电池。不同的固定输出电压版本可在1.0 V至3.3 V范围内使用。
TPS6223x系列的开关频率最高可达3.8 MHz。在中到重负载下,转换器以脉冲宽度调制(PWM)模式工作,并在轻负载电流下自动进入省电模式,以在整个负载电流范围内保持高效率。
由于其该器件具有出色的电源抑制比(PSRR)和交流负载调节性能,还可替代线性稳压器,以获得更好的电源转换效率。
TPS6223x的省电模式可降低静态电流消耗在轻负载操作期间至22μA。它经过优化,即使在外部元件很小的情况下也能实现极低的输出电压纹波,并具有出色的交流负载调节性能。
对于噪声敏感的应用,器件可在整个负载范围内强制进行PWM模式工作将MODE引脚拉高。在关断模式下,电流消耗降至1μA以下。 TPS6223x的工作温度范围为-40°C至125°C。它采用1 mm×1.5 mm×0.6 mm 6引脚SON封装。
