TPS6235x器件是一款高频同步降压DC-DC转换器,针对电池供电的便携式应用进行了优化。 TPS6235x专为低功耗应用而设计,可支持高达800 mA的负载电流,并允许使用小型,低成本的电感器和电容器。

TPS6235x以3 MHz固定开关频率工作,并在轻负载电流下进入效率优化的省电模式工作,以在整个负载电流范围内保持高效率。在关断模式下,电流消耗降至2μA以下。
