OPAx320-Q1(OPA320-Q1,OPA2320-Q1)器件是针对新一代精密低压CMOS运算放大器(运算放大器)进行了优化的极低的噪声和宽带宽,仅在1.45 mA的低静态电流下工作。
OPAx320-Q1器件非常适合低功耗,单电源应用。低噪声(7 nV /v Hz )和高速操作也使该器件非常适合驱动采样模数转换器(ADC) 。其他应用包括信号调理和传感器放大。
OPAx320-Q1器件具有线性输入级,具有零交越失真,可提供优于114 dB(典型值)的共模抑制比(CMRR)全输入范围。输入共模范围超出负电源和正电源轨100 mV。输出电压通常在电源轨的10 mV范围内摆动。
此外,OPAx320-Q1器件具有1.8至5.5 V的宽电源电压范围,在整个电源范围内具有出色的PSRR(106 dB) ,使该器件适用于直接由电池直接运行而无需调节的精密,低功耗应用。
OPAx320-Q1器件采用8引脚VSSOP(DGK)封装。
