OPA356-Q1是一款高速电压反馈CMOS运算放大器,专为视频应用和其他需要宽带宽的应用而设计.OPA356-Q1具有单位增益稳定性,可以驱动大输出电流。差分增益为0.02%,而差分相位为0.05°。静态电流只有8.3mA。
OPA356-Q1针对低至2.5V(±1.25V)和高达5.5V(±2.75V)的单电源或双电源供电运行进行了优化.OPA356-Q1的共模输入范围的下限可熔展至低于接地电压100mV,上限可以展开高于V + 1.5V。电源轨的输出摆幅在100mV以内,从而支持宽动态范围。
OPA356-Q1采用SOT23-5封装,额定温度范围为-40°C至125°C。
