THS4513是一款宽带全差分运算放大器,专为3.3 V至5 V数据采集系统而设计。它的噪声非常低,为2.2 nV /√ Hz ,极低的谐波失真为-75 dBc HD 2 和-86 dBc HD 3 ,70 MHz,2-V PP 输出,G = 0 dB,200- 加载。压摆率非常高,为5100 V /μs,建立时间为2.9 ns至1%(2 V步进),是脉冲应用的理想选择。它的最小增益为0 dB。
为了实现与模数转换器(ADC)的直流耦合,其独特的输出共模控制电路可保持输出共模电压当设定电压在0.5 V以内时,设定电压的偏移(典型值)为5 mV,差分偏移电压小于4 mV。共模设定点由内部电路设置为中间电源,内部电路可能从外部源过驱动。
输入和输出经过优化,可以将共模电压设置为中间电源,从而获得最佳性能。除了在低电源电压下的高性能外,该设计还使其成为极高性能,单电源5 V数据采集系统的理想选择。
THS4513采用四通道无引脚QFN-16封装(RGT),工作温度范围为-40°C至+ 85°C。
