      Texas Instruments TPS22991EVM评估模块采用TPS22991负载开关。到TPS22991的VIN 和VOUT 连接以及PCB布局布线可处理持续大电流，并能提供一个进出被测器件的低电阻路径。测试点连接使用户能够利用用户定义的测试条件控制TI TPS22991EVM和进行精确的RON 测量。
