SN74HC4066器件是硅栅CMOS四路模拟开关,设计用于处理模拟和数字信号。每个开关允许幅度高达6 V(峰值)的信号在任一方向传输。
每个开关部分都有自己的使能输入控制(C)。施加到C的高电平电压会打开相关的开关部分。
应用包括信号选通,斩波,调制或解调(调制解调器),以及用于模拟到数字和数字到信号的信号多路复用。模拟转换系统。
