作者:杨涛  原装iPodtouch充电器价值不菲。利用现有的手机充电器制作充电器。既经济适用,也符合DIY精神。但根据一一些资料介绍的方法一直没有制作成功。近日偶然从国外劂站获得维修手册,按照图纸,利用市售手机充电器制作成功。  iPodtouch是通过USB接口连接充电的。市售手机充电器有USB接口和其他接口形式。对其他接口的一般把输出的正负极按图中的方法连接即可。  普通USB充电器无法充电。需接如图的电路为iPod提供D+、D-电压方能开始充电。经过试验,有几个方面必须注意。一是电压必须严格符合+5V标准。普通市售手机USB充电器的输出电压偏离较大,应当选用输出电压在4.75—5.2v之间的。否则会出现假充满现象或者不能充电。  笔者用松下的型号EB-CAD95CN充电器接以上电路,因输出电压为5.7V,一分钟后就出现充满指示。后在输入端串接一硅整流管降压方可充电。二是手机充电器的输出电流必须在490mA以上,不然会出现充电器过热现象。笔者用手机市场常见的。一款USB充电器按以上电路图改造充电成功,但是五分钟后,发现其中一2W/22Ω限流电阻烧毁  用5W电阻特换,过热现象消除。据分析可能是该充电器实际输出电流小于标称的500mA+50mA的指标。三是充电器的摅波电路必须完备。试验中,简易的手机充电器往往在开关电源的低压端仅仅只接一个500—1000微法的滤波电容。这样的充电器改造后。在充电中出现iPodtouch触摸不灵敏问题,需要在输出端接高频滤波电路。按照图纸改造的充电器,也适合iPod其他产品。
