电涡流传感器用于铁路机车速度与路程的测量

介绍一种采用电涡流传感器的无“滑差”测量铁路机车速度与路程的方法. 在机车的车轮架前后设置两个电涡流传感器,获得两个反映铁轨中非均质特性的随机信号. 利用它们的相关特性可以计算出机车的运行速度与行驶过的路程. 文中说明了传感器与信号处理的原理,并且介绍了模拟试验装置与实测结果。电涡流传感器组成的相关测试系统,为进一步提高测量精度提出了新的途径.

Abstract :In order to solve the“slip-error”of wheel tachometer the paper present s a new method of noncontact measurement of rail speed by eddy current sensors. Two eddy current sensors , which are mounted on bogie f rame of the vehicle , can detect stochastic inhomogeneity in region of the rail. From two signals the vehicle speed and distance of t ravel are gained by means of a digital t ransit- time correlator. The princi2 ple of signal processing of eddy current sensors and a simulate test device are illust rated. The experimentalresearch has obtained satisfactory result . Therefore it is a new way to raise measurement accuracy of speed.
