SUPCON JX-300X DCS在青霉素发酵生产过程中的

介绍了SUPCON JX-300 X集散控制系统在青霉素发酵生产过程中的应用。结合青霉素发酵生产工艺，制定了以补料控制为基础，以温度控制、pH控制和消沫控制为调节方式的生产自动控制实现方案。系统给出了以JX-300 X为主体设备，发酵车间多罐批集控模式的系统配置及软件组态过程。系统具有安全性高、适应性强、操作简单等特点，大大提高了生产的自动化程度和管理水平，具有积极的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The application of SUPCON JX-300 X distributed control system in the process of penicillin fermentation is introduced. In respect to the production technology, an automatic controlling plan is made which include the control of appending stuff 、temperature 、pH value and remove foam. Besides, the system collocation and software configuration methods are explained: the main equipment is JX-300X and the fermentation workshop is equipped with them multiple pots integrated mode. The proposed system has the characters of high safety, high adaptability and convenient operation，and it has been successfully completed in penicillin fermentation process, which can substantially upgrade the degree of automation and improve management level.
