废水处理汽提塔监控系统的设计实现

针对废水处理汽提塔的工艺要求，采用 “组态王”为监控软件，用可编程序控制器OMRON C200H(PLC)作为下位机的控制 (IPC+PLC 系统)方案。该系统采用单神经元和专家系统相结合的智能PI 调节方法实现流量控制，液位采用积分分离智能PI 调节方法。集数据采集、通信、设备状态控制和数据管理一体化，实现远程监测控制，取得了良好的经济效益。

ABSTRCT： In this thesis, considering the technological requirement of waste water treatment of the vaporization tower， the scheme to develop the control system (IPC+PLC), using "KingView" as supervisory software and OMRON C200H as field controller is put forward.The flow control is carried out by the method combining single neural cell and expert system, and liquid location is controlled by intelligent PI with integration separation method.
It is integrated with data collection, communication, state control of facilities and data
management, remote supervise and control is realized, good economic benefits is obtained.
