基于ANSYS的桥面铺装温度场与温度应力模拟分析

基于ANSYS的桥面铺装温度场与温度应力模拟分析:针对目前道路温度场及桥面铺装层车载应力研究颇多，但桥面铺装层温度场及温度应力研究匮乏的情况，在大量实测数据的基础上，采用统计优化的方法提出了沥青混凝土桥面铺装温度经验公式。以具体实体结构为例，将桥面板和沥青混凝土铺装层作为统一的力学分析体系，采用三维有限元软件对桥面铺装温度场进行了模拟，并对极值温度作用下铺装层内部最大主应力、最大剪应力进行了计算，分析了铺装层厚度和模量对桥面铺装受力状态的影响，研究了桥面铺装体系的力学特性和应力变化规律。

Abstract: In view of the research about temperature field of road and load stress of bridge deck pavement is much, but the research about temperature field and temperature stress of bridge deck pavement is little, the empirical formulas for temperature stress of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement are presented by the statistical optimizing method on the basis of much actual data. The bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement are analyzed as unified mechanical system with the example of solid structure. The temperature field of asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement is stimulated by three-dimensional finite-element software, and the maximum principal stress and the maximum shear stress in bridge deck pavement under the effect of the maximum and minimum temperatures are calculated. The effect of module and thickness on the stress of bridge deck pavement is analyzed. The mechanical characters and the varying regularity of stress about the system of bridge deck pavement are studied.
