RDA6216 Power Amplifier Module

The RDA6216 is a high-power, high-efficiencyquad-band power amplifier Module. This device isdesigned for GSM850, EGSM900, DCS, PCS andEDGE handheld digital cellular equipment. Thepower amplifiers and their controller are fabricatedwith GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor(HBT) and CMOS respectively.The package ofthis device is 6mm×6mm×1.1mm 10-pins LGA.The input and output are realized on-chip matchedto 50Ω. The low-pass filter for ramping signal isintegrated in CMOS controller. The RDA6216requires few external components, simplifyingPCB layout and reducing PCB board space.
